Erik Saras is a writer, composer, and trombonist living and working in NewYork City. Studying trombone performance and composition at Northwestern University, and Manhattan School of Music, Erik performs with and writes music for several organizations, including the Patriot Brass Ensemble.

Four years ago he began screenwriting, studying at the Independent Film School under Ela Thier and Shana Mlawski, and Marsfall marks his debut writing project. Erik is thrilled about working with his closest friends on this creative project, and is a proud founding member of Amity Bros. Productions.

 

Sam Boase-Miller (Co-Creator; Chip Heddleston; Composer)

Sam Boase-Miller started his professional career after graduating from Interlochen Arts Academy. This included teaching, performing, and studying at Ithaca College, DePaul University, and Western Michigan University. As the former Associate-Principal Cellist of the Manhattan Symphonie, Sam toured China twice and performed regularly in the great halls of New York City, including Lincoln Center, Bargemusic, and Carnegie Hall.

While in NYC, Sam founded Amity Bros. Productions with his two best friends Dan Lovley and Erik Saras. Sam currently resides in beautiful Michigan, where he performs with the Traverse Symphony Orchestra and teaches cello lessons.

 

Dan Lovley (Co-Creator; ANDI; Major Flint; Writer)

Dan Lovley is an actor and writer living in Los Angeles. Originally from Massachusetts, Dan studied acting in his undergrad and has a degree from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts and Boston University, where he met his incredible wife, Shannon. He is a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade, Actors Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA.

Dan is currently getting his Masters in Education at Loyola Marymount University. He is thrilled to be voicing the part of ANDI and to create art with his friends. Dan is proud to be a founding member of Amity Bros. Productions and looks forward to the future projects to come!

Marsfall is proud to partner with Sonic Union for this project. Sound engineers Brian Goodheart and Owen Shearer bring the show to an incredibly high level of production quality with their expertise and attention to detail.

 

Shannon Lovley (Commander Jacki O’Rania)

Originally from Massachusetts, Shannon Lovley is an actor currently based in sunny Los Angeles.  She studied at Boston University and at the London Academy for Music and Dramatic Arts.  She performed at NYC’s New World Stages in Bullet for Adolf.

Credited under her maiden name, Garland, she had recurring roles in Boardwalk Empire as Nuala Rohan and Law and Order SVU as Officer Denise Legrange.  She is delighted to join the cast of Amity Bros’ first production as Commander Jacki O’Rania.

Outside of working constantly to hone her craft, Aba is also passionate about film, music, good food, sustainable living and most things analog.

Anya is an actor, producer, curator, facilitator and educator. Born in St. Petersburg, raised in Israel, she currently juggles a number of hats in NYC. After graduation from AADA, she founded Lost & Found Project in 2011 in hopes to create a unique ensemble laboratory which through the verbatim technique is bridging personal narratives and explores the dialogue between the past and present, the self and surrounding.

Recently featured in the 5th season of “The Americans”, Anya is a great believer in ensemble work and the field of experimental and immersive theater.  Anya is also a huge fan of audio drama and produced SHAYNA podcast in 2017 and is immensely grateful to be featured as one of the lead characters in Marsfall.

Aramis Martinez is an actor, writer, and director. A New York native, he trained at HB Studios and Wynn Handman’s Studio. In television credits, he has appeared in On the Case with Paula Zahn, Dates From Hell, Deadly Devotion, Frenemies, Unusual Suspects, and Girl Code. He has worked on various New York Film Academy thesis films, including The Wolf Among Us and The Moment.

He continues to seek out a wide variety of projects to improve his acting skills. When not working on a show or film, Aramis acts, writes, and directs for Finding Home Pictures, a production company in New York.

Merissa is proud to consider herself an artist in many senses of the word. Growing up in a family of musicians, she learned to sing and harmonize from a very young age.  She graduated from a musical theater magnet high school in South Florida and then from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA degree through CAP21.

Also being a singer-songwriter, she performs with her sister Chloe as The Morin Sisters with originals and covers. Emboldened by the vigor of New York City and inspired by her family’s long time involvement in children’s musical theatre, she created her own company Penny and the Puppettes to continue her family’s artistic legacy.
